Robert G. Suber
CEO
Robert G. Suber is the company’s technical and business administration expert. He has spent decades assisting government, military and law-enforcement organizations with the acquisition of security equipment and services. His considerable technical expertise encompasses a diverse array of industry products. Robert’s extensive knowledge of compliance standards, contractual practices and business law allows MGS, LLC clients to successfully navigate international commerce in a highly regulated industry. Robert has served as a consultant to numerous international companies in the oil and mining industries, including humanitarian demining projects, as well as invasive species eradication programs. He is a founding member of the U.S. Ambassador’s Business Advisory Council in Ecuador, and is an associate of a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm. He has twice published work on Ecuadorean mining law.

George Rawlings
International Operations
George Rawlings has worked in procurement, logistics and operations since he left the British Army in 1996. His wealth of experience includes FMS and International Procurement, Risk Mitigation and Business Development on 4 continents. George has delivered complex turnkey Logistics Management of government procurement projects to and from austere environments. He has expansive first-hand knowledge working in the Former Soviet Union for World Bank and UN projects, SE Asia (including 3 years as the Senior Logistics officer for the UN in Afghanistan, running field operations for the parliamentary and presidential elections), India (supporting the EU public diplomacy program) and in the Middle East/North Africa (Counter Narcotics Terrorism Program Office). George has worked extensively with and for the UN, WB, NATO, and counter-terror teams through US primes.

Jack C. Suber
Chief Financial Officer
Jack C. Suber is tasked with the financial management as well as oversight of export license applications, training, and service. His extensive expertise in firearms, ammunition and training and business management has greatly added to the company’s growth. Jack’s years of government experience are a key component of MGS’s ability to navigate international industry and commerce regulations.

Jonathan Marks
Senior Advisor, New Technology
Jonathan Marks, Senior Advisor for New Technology and Special Projects, began his career on the Baltic Exchange, the shipping market based in the City Of London, learning the ropes with international traders and global shipping companies and becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
Having created the Candy Group as a maritime NVOCC, Jonathan then started an airline to support stability operations in Africa and developed into providing clients with bespoke final mile supply chain logistics and operations planning in challenging environments globally. Often the first commercial company into post conflict and then more traditional locations, the Candy Group developed a reputation as a reliable solution provider with many different local stakeholders.
Jonathan has overseen the evolution of the company from a purely operational provider in hazardous locations to having a dual role; advising clients on creating partnerships and working in new markets, encouraging innovative new suppliers and designing solutions, whilst Candy also maintains the capability to deliver success and equip where required.
Jonathan has brought his hands-on technical experience, providing operational and business management support to a variety of international organisations such as the United Nations and diverse commercial clients in security, peacekeeping, humanitarian and environmental markets. In addition, by leveraging the interconnectivity of the Candy Group’s global activities and relationships he has also been able to identify and creatively enhance our clients business development opportunities and new technology.

Adeline Badillo
Chief Operating Officer
Adeline Badillo is fluent in English and Spanish, with a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of South Carolina. She has many years of experience in retail industry operations, marketing, sales and managing over two million-dollar stores. Adeline has extensive knowledge and experience complying with the Department of State, Department of Commerce, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Adeline has achieved classification certification on the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) and Statistical Classification of Domestic and Foreign Commodities Exported from the United States (Schedule B). She is also a Certified Firearms Specialist.

Elda Suber
Client & Vendor Relations
Elda Suber is a native of Albania with multiple languages which include Albanian, English, Greek, Italian, Dutch and Spanish. She studied at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece before moving to the United States to start her own business. She founded and operated a community based translation service for Albanian nationals conducting legal and immigration translations as well as assisting a peak number of 300 families with their daily translation needs. Elda actively handles client relations and provides administrative support for MGS.

Country Director, Colombia
Jorge Armando Riaño Ospina brings his expertise to MGS as a liaison to promote and facilitate business development with state clients. A retired Colombian army colonel, Jorge has more than three decades in military intelligence specialization. He earned a law degree from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada with concentration in Military Public Policy. He is a partner and legal representative for the private law firm Duque & Riano Asociados S.A.S, which focuses on public policy issues and government contracting. Jorge specializes in navigating the often complex legal processes of international business.

Margarita Buil
International Bids Manager
Margarita Buil, fluent in English and Spanish, earned a Master of International Business degree at the University of South Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting at the University of Puerto Rico. With more than 25 years of experience in customer service, fraud, abuse, and compliance arenas, Margarita has worked directly with the FBI and OIG developing fraud investigations. Throughout her career, she has won multiple awards for extraordinary customer service.

Dennis J. Wiklund
Country Director, Brazil
Dennis J. Wiklund, fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, has American and Brazilian dual nationality and has three decades of experience in exports to Brazil. His expertise includes a thorough understanding of ITAR and FCPA, and extensive knowledge of customs and freight forwarding. He earned his degree at Boston College in 1983. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA.

John Suber

John Suber is a certified in non-bulk transport of Dangerous Goods by Highway and Air found in U.S. CFR Title 49 and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. A 2016 graduate of Presbyterian College with degrees in Business Management and Accounting. John has extensive experience in firearms and training, with an early start in competitive shooting.
